Many nutritionists have been recommending soy milk as a replacement of regular milk stating that it is healthy substitution of it. In fact many people believe this and consume it every day without knowing that this is not the right choice.

Recent study done by scientists have proven that soy milk in fact is not good for your health and it does do harm on your health.

American Diabetes Association has conducted a research and has found that soy is related to insulin and glucose resistance in lab rats and also the link with the food-grade carrageenan.
